Each service is covered by a contractual quote, which I review and validate as the project evolves. I also establish a budget forecast and ensure expense tracking, helping you adhere to the payment schedule.

I provide you with a general timeline that guides you step by step through the priorities of your project, along with access to a dedicated platform where you can find all the necessary tools and documents. Our communication mainly takes place online, through email exchanges, phone calls, video conferences, or during appointments.

Meetings, conferences, visits, and tastings are essential parts of the planning process, and I take care of scheduling these encounters with recommended and approved professionals. I am present during these appointments throughout the planning duration.

In our decision-making process, I commit to transparency, providing you with all the necessary information, including my methodology, recommendations, vendor proposals, and cost details. We mutually engage in a caring relationship based on honesty and trust to ensure the success of your event.
